LIFXtend 0.4.1
This is only a small update that will enable you to save your settings (finally).
Also the UI scales better (notably the sliders) and some bugs were fixed.
Go to the download page for LIFXtend 0.4.1
There are still some reports of AmbientLIFX not working, if you want to help fix the bugs, just write me an email: nate@striking.ch

LIFXtend 0.4 Released
After two weeks of hard work I am happy to release version 0.4 of LIFXtend.
Download LIFXtend Version 0.4
NOTE: First install SLIM DX, then run setup (and read the readme).
New Features:
- AmbientLIFX (this will set your bulb to the same color as your screen currently displays)
- Scaling UI
- some improvements behind the scenes
- LIFXtend will now be installed on your computer, and you can uninstall it anytime. New versions will just replace old versions.
Issues:
- Currently unable to save settings (should be implemented very soon)
- AmbientLIFX does not work with full screen 3D applications (yet)
- still no whites (for the meantime, set saturation low, then you can have all the white you need
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me: nate@striking.ch

AmbientLIFX in Action
"Chaos Theory" by "Conspiracy", one of my longtime favourite demos.
It is only a youtube playback, because AmbientLIFX is not yet ready to support fullscreen DX.
