Because the last update has been some time ago, I don't want people to think LIFXtend is dead.
Thus, I am proud to present a short teaser of Version 0.7:
LIFXtend will feature the possibility to create LIFXshows where some aspects are decided randomly.
Check out the following line:
0.03, 1, color, [0-360], 100, 100, 0
If you already have some experience with LIFXshows, you will see that this command will be executed 0.03 seconds after the start (yes, you can now use split seconds).
Targeted are all bulbs in group 1, so usually all your bulbs. They will change their color with the Hue (color) randomly decided between 0 and 360° (so all the colors). Saturation an Brightness are always 100%, switch over time is 0 micro seconds.
With the repeat enabled, this simple command will produce following result:
All values can be random, even the time.
There is still some stuff to be ironed out, also some more features to be added (groups?), so dont expect a release earlier than this weekend, maybe even a little bit later.
Next thing to do for me will be to write some easy tutorials and sample shows. The functionality is mostly there, but I realize that the usability is not so great at the moment.
